If you use a carrier service to send your incubator to us it is essential to ensure that it is well-packed, as we cannot take responsibility for any damages in transit.
We regret that we are not able to undertake service work on-site - all work is done in our own workshops.
To enquire about or arrange a service of your incubator, please complete the SERVICE REQUEST FORM by clicking here and we will contact you to discuss. Please do not send an incubator to us without prior arrangement.
On receipt of your incubator we will test and diagnose the problem and report back to you with a quotation before we complete any work. Inspection and quotation are FREE OF CHARGE!
We regret that we are unable to offer a ‘while you wait’ service for incubators as each incubator needs to be fully bench tested before return to the customer and this can take several hours.
